Care for embroidered denim

Caring for your jeans is an important part of maintaining the original look and feel for as
long as possible. As with any cotton product, jeans will change after the first wash, and
will also naturally mold to fit your body as you wear them. Here are some tips to keep
your denim looking good for as long as possible:

  1. Wash infrequently. This will help preserve the vibrancy of the raw (unwashed)
denim for as long as possible.
  2. Always wash cold, by hand. As this product includes embroidery, washing as
gently as possible will help preserve the decorative threads. A cold bathtub wash
with a mild detergent is ideal.
  3. Hang jeans to dry. Hanging jeans to dry minimizes shrinkage, and also reduces
wear and tear on the fabric, increasing longevity.
  4. To remove wrinkles, iron on the medium/high or cotton iron
setting. Alternatively, put slightly damp jeans in the dryer on the Ultra Low or
Low dryer setting for 10 minutes at the end of the drying process. Be careful not
to dry jeans with hot air, as this will cause them to shrink.
