Ceramics Returns

All items are final sale. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you have any questions regarding your order, please reach out to us at howdy@tonidarlingfrank.com.

Repairs

If a ceramic item is purchased and fails due to reasonable, every day use, please get in touch. We will always make an effort to repair the item if possible. Items may be shipped back at the buyers expense for repair. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Please always get in touch to see whether or not your item is eligible for repair before shipping it back at howdy@tonidarlingfrank.com. 

Clothing Returns

Clothing items may be returned for refund at the buyers expense within 14 days of product delivery. Items must be in brand new and unused condition. Once the item has been returned safely and inspected, a refund for the value of the item, less the shipping and a 10% restocking fee, will be issued. Refunds are always at the discretion at the TDF team if we deem the condition of the item not up to standard.
